What is Energy Healing and Balancing?

People often ask me, “What is your Energy Healing and Balancing… is it Reiki?”

No, it’s not Reiki, although the technique that Mikao Usui (the developer of the Reiki concept) calls Reiki is similar in its potentials. However, my ‘hands on healing’ ability has been lovingly taught to me by the Master of Love, Jesus since I was a small child. The culmination of regular ‘expanded awareness’  teachings from Jesus brought me to a place of my own compassionate heart expansion at 33 years old. It was then that I received the stigmata and began my passionate journey as a Spiritual Healer and Teacher. (the stigmata is a recognition of a healer in the Christ energy , it has no Christian connections).

As a small child, Jesus would tell me stories of how I would assist humanity to bring ‘Heaven to Earth’ in this lifetime… it was to be a grand and exciting time such as the Angelic and human realms had never before experienced. It was to be a time when the soul would come forth into the physical realm and share the grandness of life with their human self… the time of the divine human experience… a total shift of consciousness that would affect All That Is on levels never before experienced.

I was shown how to help humanity open their awareness to their own spiritual nature, bring about their healing through self-love and awaken into the potential of their personal enlightenment and ascension.

The form of healing I offer to others is actually not a healing energy as many believe…it’s unconditional love.  By creating a deeply loving space for my clients, they have the potential to manifest that same love for themselves and bring about the appropriate shifts that will serve them at the time.

As I share with my clients, I’m also able to hear their bodies ‘voice’ and their souls ‘voice’ and share the information while assisting them to hear for themselves.

For the past 25 years it’s been my great honour to have assisted people from all over our Earth to come into self-love, healing, abundance and the awareness that they are truly Divine beings having a wonderful human experience... I’m here for you when you are ready to experience the fullness of your true self.

What a Wonderful Headline!

“The Internet Reacted Hilariously To The Weasel Riding a Woodpecker!”

I just had to have a peek. And yes, there was a non-photo shopped pic of a weasel riding a woodpecker!  An amateur photographer, Martin Le- May, caught the pic of a lifetime and you could feel his joy!

But there was more to this article than just a wonderful pic… there was a whole ‘truck load’ of potentials for all internet enthusiasts and part-timers alike to play with.

In no time at all there was John Travolta riding the woodpecker, the weezle delivering pizza and even Miley Cyrus astride her wrecking ball.

Whether you see these photo shopped copies as ridiculous or brilliant, the truth is they have allowed a largely non creative, non-expressive section of the public the opportunity to bring their playful thoughts forward and share them with the world where previously such thoughts may have been shelved in the ‘shouldn’t go there’ regions of the brain.

This use of the internet for playful, free expression is a wonderful outlet for people who otherwise may never allow themselves to reveal or express their thoughts and imagination artistically and creatively. Creativity is not just for the artists, writers, designers and film makers etc… we are all naturally creative. We all have a grand and playful imaginations, but for some, due to various limiting beliefs, that creative spark has been gradually suppressed.

I've been an artist all my life. I’ve taught art and used art therapy in schools for many years. It’s my experience that given the opportunity, everyone can find that creative spark and ignite it into a roaring flame releasing colourful, imaginative and joyful creations. Nothing brings more joy to the self and the soul than free creativity.

In this world where the left brain activity of mental knowledge is deemed most desirable, society has let their creative right brain activity become suppressed. For a balanced life of joy, awareness and expansion, we need to balance both the right and the left sides of the brain. So, when you see something like a weasel riding on the back of a woodpecker and it triggers a playful or even silly thought, don’t send it to that mental dumping ground filled with old insecurities, doubts and limitations, breathe in into your heart space where your imagination is waiting for you play with it. Expand that thought in as many directions as you can and even share it so your joy may then trigger another’s potentially creative thought. Free your thoughts and let them dance with your imagination and feel all the luscious joy you have created for yourself.

Waitangi Day

Today is Waitangi Day… a day of deep and mixed emotions for many.

On 6th February, New Zealand marks the signing of the Treaty of Waitangi in 1840. In that year, representatives of the British Crown and over 500 Māori chiefs, signed what is often considered to be New Zealand’s founding document. It’s also a day of deep contemplation and I've been doing just that.

It’s not my intention here to get caught in any of the upheaval, heartache, politics, blame or control around the many feelings, truths and lies attached to this day. My celebration of it is in regard to assisting both the release of the old ancestral, karmic ties and the healing and balancing so this wonderful country can begin to come into its full potential at this time of grand change.

By making Waitangi Day a holiday, it brings forth all the emotions so they can be felt in a mass conscious manner in the now moment. When the past is brought up so intensely in one moment, it provides a wonderful potential for healing and change.

I’m Australian, so who am I to speak about New Zealand’s past? My truth is that while I was born in Australia in this lifetime, I’m very aware of lifetimes in Lemuria (at the original immersion and others), Atlantis (in the Temples of Tien), Ancient Egypt (after our emergence from under the ground), France (active Knights Templar), England (before and after the burnings), America (post first landing and in the civil war) and New Zealand (pre Māori).

So from this perspective, for me, I've not been of any one tribe or any one belief for more than perhaps two or three lifetimes. For me, now, holding to ancestral karma from one or two incarnations when I've had thousands, is just not reasonable, helpful or productive in my soul journey. Keeping myself stuck in old beliefs, anger, fear and revenge blocks my soul awareness and keeps me separate from myself. When I’m separate from myself I create my life from old patterns and beliefs not from new potentials and clear choices.

In truth, what your ancestors did doesn’t have to be your burden… even if you were your own ancestor! That was an experience then, this is NOW. If you hold to an ancestral pain you keep it going through the lifetimes. If you accept what the experience was then without holding on to the dramas, you start a whole new chapter from what IS not what was.

Governments, Religions and those in power will always try to keep you caught in their old power games… let it go!!!… follow your heart not their games. All the wars still raging around this world have no real attachment to the original battle. That original battle has been covered with layers of anger and pain from generation to generation. Those layers keep the pain and the game going. Will you choose to let it stop and release yourself from thoughts of injustice and embrace the healing and expansion into new potentials? What you experience in your life really is your choice when you release the layers of the past!

This is my awareness from my day of contemplation in the new energy of my Waitangi Day. Someone said to me not long after I moved to New Zealand, “Maybe it will take one removed from the pain to assist the pain to heal”.… maybe, but I know I can only assist others by doing it for myself… if we all let go of the pain for ourselves… what would it look like?

Blessings on this day of grand new potentials.

Exploring New Zealand in the New Energy

Natacha and I celebrated the New Year and all its wonderful new energy shifts and expanded consciousness by travelling up and down the North Island for 2 weeks. We allowed ourselves to be guided by spirit and our divine selves to places of new and expanding energies.

While the trip wasn't planned as such, there was one destination that beckoned us… Mt. Maunganui.  Mt. Maunganui had shone out brightly as a desired destination when we first looked at the map long before our journey began.

As we travelled from Wellington towards Taupo, Gaia joyfully chatted with us about the places we passed and expressed lovingly that the land was honoured to be travelled by those of open awareness and with an open heart.

We were also honoured by the constant energy of the Hawk. It both guided us and celebrated the journey with us on many levels along our journey. One day we passed a hawk dead on the side of the road. It hadn't long been killed. With honour and gratitude we received its tail feathers before placing it amongst the ferns away from the road.

The other awareness that was constantly being shown to us was the connection between New Zealand and Australia. Along our travels there were, magpies, rosellas, Kookaburras, gum trees, an Aborigine, emus, pictures of Koalas, statue of Ned Kelly and of course possums, or more correctly, possum remnants on the roads. At times the energies of the 2 countries were so entwined that it was easy to forget where you were. Gaia was constantly reminding us of the deep connection between these 2 countries... connections that are very important at this time of our evolution. (More of this connection to come).

Some of the wonderful places we visited and shared with were: The Kaimanawa Wall, Blue Springs, the Quan Yin gardens, Karangahake Gorge, Lake Waikaremoana (where we talked to the Goddess of the lake), Mount Te Aroha and of course, Mt. Maunganui.

We reached the Mount late in the day and all accommodation was booked, except for one room right across the road from the Mount and the beach… perfect of course.

The message from Mt. Maunganui was simple… “Clear the energies… Pull the Plug!” As I looked at the mountain from our room, it made sense… it’s a volcano and an inactive volcano has a plug. Releasing the ‘plug’ was releasing the new energies that had been waiting for this new consciousness, new energy to come forth for 2015.

We were also made aware that there was a strong energetic connection between all the volcanoes in the North Island. If one had its ‘plug’ pulled, they would all release their energies one by one. We realised we had driven past many of these volcanoes in our journey. Consciously breathing with White Island was a very beautiful moment.

The next day we walked to the top of the Mount and breathed with it each step of the way allowing the potential for the energies to shift and feeling ‘the plug’ loosen.

When we reached the top and looked across the ocean and the land from our lofty viewpoint, we heard Gaia relate that 2015 carries the energy of expansion. That energy of expansion was felt as we climbed but was even more noticeable at the top. We breathed with the energies and felt them expand. We watched the gulls flying effortlessly in the energy when suddenly two gulls flew up right in front of as if out of the abyss and hovered on the breeze so close we could almost touch them.

Timelines seemed to blur easily as we witnessed the first Waitaha wakas landing on the shores blended with the first Maori landings blended with present day families enjoying the beaches. It was beautiful to witness the oneness.

So many messages/reminders were coming to us from spirit, “Time to start being… Feel yourself expand as you walk… It’s all coming up from within you… Allow the oneness… From expression comes expansion.” We could feel the new energies and potentials shining through from the energetic release of ‘the plug’ and our open heart embrace of the new potentials we could feel in our very core.

As we made our way back to Wellington, we fully embraced all we'd experienced in and around ourselves. We were, and still are, very excited about this new Era we've ‘stepped’ into this year. So many of the wonderful places we experienced are calling us back and we intend to create tours so we can share these places of the heart together…watch this space!

2015 UPDATE

2014 was the year spirit called ‘The Beginning of a New Era’…

I’m sure you can relate to the huge shifts, releases, challenges and changes felt and witnessed within yourself and humanity over the past year… changes that have had you seeking a grander awareness of yourself… changes that have challenged your old beliefs and behaviours to the degree that you’re no longer comfortable living with them… changes that have seen you changing jobs, relationships and lifestyles… changes that have pierced the veil of separation and allowed your physical self to recognise and begin to integrate with your divine self… changes that may have left you no longer recognising yourself.

In 2015, the changes continue, but rather than feeling the releases and changes from the old, this New Year is about creating completely new experiences and expanding yourself on all levels of consciousness. In the past, as we pursued our spirituality, we separated ourselves from others by living in monasteries and hiding away in hermit lifestyles. Now we are bringing in our full spiritual awareness in all aspects of daily life without the need to hide away.

In 2015 all energies are accelerating at an incredible pace making this the most exciting time ever on this planet. Everything up until now has been in preparation for this time… the time when you shift from your old carbon based DNA into your new Crystalline DNA.

The human journey has always been to know self through the tool of duality, through drama and karma. The old spiritual paradigm was to break down and clear the energies from the experience of duality. In 2015, the new spiritual paradigm is to blend the human self with the divine self and build yourself up and to expand and express. There is no more need to clear the old. Simply by accepting that you are now expanding in the new consciousness, in your crystalline DNA, anything left to release does so naturally. The focus of the new spiritual being is to expand into all that you are… to allow yourself the freedom to be the master of your journey… and it’s just starting to become fun!

In 2015 you have the ability to manifest and expand with total freedom. This shift isn't just for the random few; it’s being experienced by all people. Enough individuals have awakened and are shining their lights that it’s created an ever expanding ripple for all humanity to recognise and experience. You can either embrace this grand change with faith, trust and excitement and become a conscious master with total awareness, or be drawn along on your path by the energies with little awareness. The choice is yours.

2015 is a time for us to feel our freedom and embrace our natural unlimited abilities so we can spontaneously and effortlessly manifest abundance, balanced health and loving relationships… a time of bringing in the full spectrum of magic through the imagination.

We, Natacha and Sue are here in service to you.  It’s our honour to assist and support you through these changes with all the awareness we have to share from both spirit and our higher selves. Together we can shine as the brightest ‘lighthouse’ we have ever known.

Enjoy!

WILL THE REAL PARKING ANGEL STEP UP?

by Sue Norman

I often hear people talk about their ‘Parking Angels’ (PA) and how when they jump into their car and drive off to their destination, they ask their PA for a suitable park. There’s little surprise when they arrive at the shops, or wherever they are headed, that someone pulls out of a park just in time for them to cheerfully pull in. They may also feel a little bit special because they have their own PA.

There are those who ‘scoff’ at this form of creation and spend their precious ‘shopping time’ driving around in circles cursing the cars who pull into a park ahead of them when they were most definitely there first. Many shopping areas have a high rate of ‘Parking Rage’ because people generally believe that they will struggle to get a park in a busy area. Some people simply don’t go out on a weekend because they ‘know’ they won’t get a park.

Yet, for those who do believe, their Parking Angel is a wonderful and magical part of their lives. They trust their PA to come through each time, and it usually does. If it doesn’t, a suitable excuse can be found, such as “someone needed it more.”

Whether they steer into their park or not, for a PA believer it’s more than just about parking, it’s a sign that there is ‘more’ to life, ‘more’ out there than just coincidence. It’s a clear indication that there is a world beyond the physical where Angels hear you and assist you.

While I believe in Angels and chat with them often about all manner of things, I personally have a different ‘take’ on PA’s.  For me, I know that when I choose to drive somewhere I’ll naturally get a park, not because an Angel assists me, but because it’s simply a part of my choice to drive somewhere.

As soon as you choose to experience or create something, energy naturally attaches to that choice and creates an energetic path that flows to the completion of the experience you chose. It’s the natural ‘rule’ of creation. For example, today I chose to drive into the heart of the city to shop at a particular store. I knew that when I made my choice to drive to the city that someone would also be making the choice to leave and the timeframes would coincide so that as they left, I would pull into their park. It was late morning on a Saturday close to Christmas, so there were many cars searching for parks. I confidently drove straight into ‘my park’ right outside the shop I chose to be at.

My parking success didn’t occur because I asked someone/something outside of myself to create for me, it’s because I understand that I am my own creator. I create all that I experience in my life and I let the energies serve me in the manifestation of my choices. The only way that my creations won’t occur is if I “If’ and “But” over my choice. As soon as you doubt yourself, the energy pathway you created dissolves. Stay in trust of yourself.

So, the next time you go driving, make a choice to accept that you will be creating your own park simply from your choice to be somewhere. Creating the park is just a natural ending to your choice to be somewhere.

Now, how empowering does it feel to be consciously aware that you are your own Parking Angel?

THE CALL OF THE NEW LAND… THE CALL OF THE HEART

Channelled and written by Sue Norman

Chapter 1

One thing I’ve really enjoyed about my current lifetime is my ability to trust my inner voice and follow my heart. Doing so brings me awareness on so many expanded levels and takes me on experiences beyond the everyday human experiences.

On these journeys, I’m always accompanied by spirit who delight in showing me the grander ‘pictures’ of what’s actually happening, or in linear terms, what has happened in the past and for what reason. In a sense it’s like having ‘google’ open all the time in your consciousness, though sometimes the answers arrive before the question. Sometimes I leap through timelines and actually find myself walking in another time and place witnessing firsthand what transpired weeks, years or centuries ago.

While this is a wonderful and often joyful way to experience and understand life and All That Is, it can have moments of great sadness if I allow myself to get caught in the negative energies of the presenting experience.

As I’m living in this 3D world in a physical body, at times I find it difficult to separate myself from the pain held by others whether it’s of the individual or deeply intertwined through ancient cultures and lands. Generally I don’t get caught in the emotions as I’m very aware it’s not mine, however, there is the odd occasion that the energy to be released is so deep and so dark that I find it difficult to separate myself from what’s occurring around me.

Such a time transpired last weekend.

Before I leap into that experience, I’d like to take you back about 8 months to a trip I made previously to the Pureora forest in the North Island. As I walked around the forest feeling into the beautiful space, I became aware I would find my new ‘stick’ there. I’d left my previous walking stick back in Australia when I moved to NZ two and a half years ago so I was quite excited about the prospect of receiving a new one.

Being aware that you don’t find anything through expectation or desire, I just kept wandering and enjoying all the forest had to share with me knowing and trusting that I would recognise the stick when I came across it.

It wasn’t until near the end of my wanderings that I felt its presence. It was off the track and quite well hidden by the underbrush and ferns, yet the vibration in my heart was a clear indicator it was there. I felt such joy on retrieving my new friend and that joy was enhanced even more by the two little fantails that appeared dancing and singing around my head in celebration. I so enjoyed cleaning it up and sanding back the rough bits ready for when I felt it was time to ‘adorn’ it with appropriate energy embellishment or carvings of its choice.

Last weekend I returned to Pureora forest. Four days before I returned, my stick, which had stayed in its ‘naked’ state for the past 8 months, began to ‘chat’ with me. It wanted to be carved. It asked me to carve a spiral up the full length of the stick. At the base it began as a thin spiral and grew broader as it spiralled its way to the top where I was asked to carve a flame… a flame of transformation.

Needless to say the energy we created that day was amazing…. My stick had transformed into a ‘working tool’, but for what? I released my curiosity as it served no purpose in the creation. I trusted that all would occur in the appropriate moment.

We left for the Pureora forest on Friday 31st October. On our way there, we decided to first re-visit Lake Rotopounamu near the bottom of Lake Taupo. As we walked around the lake and shared our expanded hearts and gifts, we were in return honoured by the Lake itself. Out of nowhere came a singular gust of wind creating a perfect koru water spray several meters tall. Our hearts leaped at the sight. We’d never seen anything like it. (Several days after returning home I accidently stumbled across information declaring Lake Rotopounamu as one of the four main spinning vortexes in the world. There are four great vortices on the Earth body, two yang areas north of the equator which regulate the masculine elements of fire and air; and two yin centres in the southern feminine hemisphere which govern water and earth. These four spinner wheels are able to revolve in either direction, according to circumstances. This tendency to powerfully spin results in these four circles having greater maximum radii – up to 1746 miles – than the driver wheel earth chakras. These four areas should be regarded as equal in status to the seven chakras. Here are the cardinal centres for these circles: Earth: Table Mountain, Cape Town, South Africa Water: Rotopounamu, North Island, New Zealand Air: Great Pyramid, Mt. Sinai, and the Mount of Olives Fire: Haleakala Crater, Maui, Hawaii. The natural flow for this spinner wheel in NZ is in an anti-clockwise direction. Rotopounamu is the lake of the second emerald stone which defines the centre of the world water vortex. Green is symbolic of the heart.  http://earthchakras.org/Vortices-Wheels.php).

Finally, as we arrived at Pureora forest Lodge, we were joyfully greeted by several Kereru flying past our car.  The native wood-pigeon often reveals itself to us… it represents trust.

As I mentioned previously, we began our journey on Friday 31st October. This date is often referred to as Halloween or "All Hallows' Eve" and carries an interesting energy. It’s a time when people in numerous countries and religions around the world remember the dead. This acknowledgement stirs up deep emotions and brings forth spirit that have yet to find peace and balance as well as the energy of past events that have caused great pain in individuals, communities and countries. That’s a great deal of unrest and turbulent energies to be flowing through mass consciousness in one evening.

It was raining outside on that first night and the 28 people who were attending the weekend were all ‘locked’ in together for the evening. When you have so many people from so many various spiritual backgrounds and beliefs, the energy is always quite intense… then you add a mass conscious energy such as Halloween and things begin to happen.

For me personally, it was a sleepless night of tears, anger, fear, pain and abuse. I had a multitude of energies coming in and out of my consciousness with stories that were so confusing that for most of the night I had no understanding at all of who was there or what I was seeing and feeling.

By the morning, I was tired, emotional, angry and distressed. I kept breathing trying to understand what was happening in and around me. I felt like I was in a story book where the pages and the different tales were all mixed up and confused. I felt a bit like Alice in Wonderland. I tried to explain to Natacha what I was experiencing, yet the tears interlaced with anger and frustrations that were coming through me were making it difficult. My behaviour just seemed irrational. Finally, as I denied any of this was mine the weight began to lift from my heart.

Amongst the mishmash of stories I was experiencing, glimpses of clarity started to come in and I was able to determine that some were from Waitaha and some were Maori. It was all quite confusing still, but the essence of the story I was being shown was the destruction of the Waitaha nation by the Maori.

Since I’m an Australian relatively new to New Zealand, I have little knowledge of such past events. I have however ‘worked’ on deep spiritual levels with the Australian Aboriginals and white Australians in the releasing of deep and multi layered  issues in both the peoples and the land for the past 18 years. I came to New Zealand when the energies I was working with in Australia finally came to a place of balance and the Aboriginal spirits I was used to sharing with left and in their place appeared Maori and Waitaha spirits. I was being invited to walk New Zealand with an open heart. When one walks a space with an open heart, it assists the energies to come back into balance. Old energies and dogma and ceremonies can be released and humanity can walk together in balance with each other and the land. This after all is the time that spirit calls the new Era of the Divine Human… the Era of the new consciousness, an era when all the past can be healed and brought into the now by a loving and accepting heart… everything is changing.

To continue my story of the weekend in Pureora, that first morning we all ventured into the forest. I wanted to get to the trees and just wander by myself and listen to what was occurring in and around me. I was becoming even more agitated by the rituals that we were being asked to adhere to. I found myself wandering to places we were warned not to go near. I just breathed with them allowing all the energies to balance around me. There were a lot of layers to be released which had been placed there from old rituals. The area just needed to breathe and so did I. Finally I went off by myself in the opposite direction to the others and I began to balance more deeply as the birds started to come around me. I was surprised by the lack of birds in the forest until then.

After my wander through the forest, I went back to the lodge and sat outside by myself playing my drum. I felt better, but none the wiser to what had been occurring around me.

That afternoon, we all went to the Temple of the Four Winds. I’ve been there twice before and never felt much past the energy layers placed there by old ritual. Again I felt a deep irritation as we were asked to follow old Maori traditions. (I will add that while the old rituals irritated me, it didn’t diminish my heart felt honour for the true space.)

As we approached the temple in our dutiful file, I began to see the layers of limitation and control which in a sense locked the clear energies in. I felt the original energy sitting there…  waiting.

There were 6 layers of limitation, all working and linking together to limit the natural flow.  I stepped back from the group so I could see and feel more clearly… in a sense I stepped out of the field of limitations to see clearly.

Once the ceremony was over and everyone was able to wander freely I continued to sit and feel the space, waiting for something but not knowing what. Then suddenly I heard spirit clearly ask me to push my stick into the ground in the exact centre of the temple. I was hesitant at first as I already felt alienated by many in the group for my non-compliant behaviours.
However, I felt I was at the temple for this sole reason. I stood up and walked straight to the centre with strength of purpose welling in my heart. I raised the stick and rammed it into the ground just as I’d been shown to. I stepped back a few meters and just watched what occurred.

To my astonishment and delight, I witnessed intense golden energies roar up from the ground and swirl around the spirals carved into my stick and out through the transformational flame at the top. It was as if my stick had become a key unlocking all the energies that had been waiting for the right moment in human consciousness to come forth and flow clearly again. I also witnessed the 6 layers of energy that had restricted the natural flow be transformed into clear new energy awaiting conscious choice to mould it. I felt so much joy in my heart and I was finally starting to breathe clearly again.

Only a few talked to me that night. I felt many didn’t approve of my actions. Many thought I was disrespectful, some apparently were concerned that I was unwell. Those that didn’t judge me were very warm and accepting. They needed no explanation. There were so many layers being felt and played out amongst everyone on that weekend.

That night I was hoping to finally have a good night’s sleep, but once more much was happening. Again I felt anger, turmoil and deep sadness on many levels. I kept reminding myself it wasn’t mine, but it was so intense at times and I was so tired that it did pull me in at moments. Being caught in it blocked the clarity.

The next morning, I was irritable again, not just from a lack of sleep but more the lack of clarity. I was aware that what was happening was important for me to understand… but the intensity made it difficult to step back.

That morning, we left early to go to Rongo-koe Koea, an ancient site of higher learning linked to the Temple of the Four Winds. It was a long trek up a rather steep hill to reach the sacred space. Again we were asked to follow rituals, but by then I was so tired that I had no hesitation in sitting outside of it all. As soon as I sat in my own space, the tiredness form climbing the hill and from the lack of sleep from the past 2 nights evaporated and I breathed clearly with honour for myself and the sacred space I was experiencing.

At the very top of the mountain, I placed my stick at the centre point. I didn’t watch it to see what would happen, to see if any energy would spiral as they had done the previous day, I knew it was appropriate for it to be there. I just enjoyed sitting and breathing in the beauty of the space. The walk back down the mountain was like stepping from the clouds and back into civilization.

It was then time for us to say our farewells to the group and begin our journey home. We drove only a short distance as we chose to visit another forest. The grand old trees and the abundant bird life assisted us in a joyous energy shift. We felt a deep sense of freedom course through us. On a personal level, it was like a cleansing for me, a shift of energy that allowed me to finally hear spirit with total clarity. There had been so many energies occurring in and around me over the past days. It was as if I’d been experiencing many varied timelines, feeling so many different emotions and seeing so many past events and future potentials that it was wonderful to be finally coming back into my now moment where it all started to make sense.

I finally became aware of who the spirit was that had been guiding me for the past 2 days. It wasn’t ‘A’ spirit as such; it was the collective energies of 2 spiritual groups. As they came closer in what I feel was a more formal introduction, they presented themselves with specific colours relating to their energetic families. One was a blue energy and one a yellow energy. When they blended/spiralled together I was very conscious of the green heart energy they shared with me. They were showing me that it was time for the past conflicts and separations created through old fears, battles and beliefs that I’d been feeling to be healed. Green, after all is the healing heart energy.  I’m aware it’s also energetically the natural colour of New Zealand, part of the original energy of Lemuria…the same energy that calls to those who are ready to live in harmony with all that is.

Chapter 2

What I choose to share with you now, is channelled information through visions, feelings and words from 2 collective groups in spirit, one Waitaha, the blue energy of the water and the other Maori, the yellow energy of the sun/fire.

While they are 2 separate spiritual collectives, I feel them quite blended and unified in their sharing of this message to humanity.  Their communication comes from a heart space of honour and unconditional love. There is no judgement and no sense of right or wrong. They share this message to bring forth awareness of the ancient energies that are seeking understanding, forgiveness and acceptance at this time of great change.  Through love and honour of the past and acceptance of self and all humanity in the ‘Now’, all energies surrounding the past experiences can come back into balance and harmony… back to the original core energies of this land… back to a state of heartfelt love and harmony in self and others.

When spirit asked me to share this information, I was hesitant. I felt that even though the message is timely and filled with compassion it wouldn’t sit well with many. However, after feeling into the potentials, I trusted I’d been shown this for a reason. On accepting to write all spirit was sharing with me, a beautiful fantail flew up to my window and touched my heart. The gift of the fantail is to help us step back from our dramas so we can bring joy and laughter to them. It truly is time to release all the old karmic shackles and embrace the enlightenment that flows for us all in this amazing new era.

While this information conveys a story of times past, no individual names or particular places will be used in this material. There is no blame on any persons and no areas of land that need to be seen as holding negative energies. This statement is very important, as what you hold in your emotions, you also hold in society and the land. It truly is time to let all those energies of blame, shame and judgement go so they may come back into balance and transform into new, clear energies and potentials.

The intense and confusing pain I wrote of feeling on the weekend away was a reflection of the pain the Waitaha felt when their whole Nation was seemingly annihilated by the Maori.

I was shown in visions how around 2,000 years ago there were many new energies and potentials opening up to humanity all over the world. Many individuals were born to shine a light on humanity and reflect the truth of who they were and their true potentials beyond the old limitations. One such human was Yeshua, Jesus. There were also hidden lands around the world that began shining their ‘pure’ energies more brightly. They ‘called’ to people all over the world with the invitation to travel to them and start a new way of life based on acceptance and compassion instead of war and greed. One such land that called loudly was New Zealand.

Thousands of people from all countries responded to the call of the New Land. Their long journeys weren’t fuelled by the age old desire to discover new lands… this time they all had a singular vision. They all heard the call to come to this mysterious New Land which had never been touched by war or hatred… a land that had never been stained with the blood of battle… a land that had no human history… a land where they knew they could live in peace and in doing so set a new standard for the rest of the world... a land that still retained the loving, peaceful and feminine energies of the original Lemuria.

Many thought that this New Land was so amazing that they would only arrive there through death… that it was one of the lands of the Gods. In a sense they were right. The New Land was of such a different vibration that to find it you had to release all that you had experienced and open your heart to new unearthly experiences… in a sense there was a death…. and a rebirth.

While many people were unable to hold to the ‘call’ and didn’t find their way to the New Land, thousands more did. They came by way of the ocean currents and were guided by the stars, but their greatest guide was the trust, faith and new sense of knowingness they held in their hearts. They came from so many different counties with so many varied beliefs and lifestyles. They had different skin and hair colourings and spoke in many different languages.  They had different ways of farming and fishing and building their villages. Yet, the one thing that bonded them all together as one, was their open, trusting hearts and their total acceptance and tolerance of each other. They were all there seeking the same ‘Paradise’, the same way of life that was beyond the old belief of right or wrong and the old illusion that one was more important than another.

The open heart sharing between the tribes opened them all to new potentials for the people and the land. Experiences and progress were never limited as they kept their imagination open to new possibilities. They never just relied on past experiences and outcomes. Travellers from one tribe were welcomed with open heart by another tribe, as it was well known that each visitor brought with them new abilities and gifts to share. The visitors were given food and shelter and stories were shared and expanded on from that sharing. The more that was shared, the more each tribe became as one. They never lost sight of their physical roots, but they embraced the oneness that bonded all of humanity at the spiritual level. In time, these people from all over the world that had been known by many different names became one people… they became known as Waitaha.

Even though there were various ‘signs’ and ‘mirrors’ for humanity to embrace a life of self-love and balance beyond duality 2,000 years ago, humanity overall still wasn’t ready to trust self and expand at that time. They weren’t ready to release the old ways of limitation and control. They continued to create experiences based on imbalanced energies and patterns of the past. They continued to put their trust in those of power rather than their own hearts. They stayed in their fear and in the old stories of domination and suppression. Even their religions became central energy spaces of suppression and control as they wrote their scriptures from a mental, human perspective of physical need rather than from the clear, divine energy of creation through self-love that was originally presented to them.

The New Land had blossomed for almost 1,400 years with the expansion of the Waitaha people, however it too was eventually affected by the imbalance and the slowing energies of the ‘outside’ world. Approximately 600 years ago, new visitors came to the shores of the New Land. They’d been attracted by the expansive heart energy that the Waitaha people had created. That clear heart energy naturally flowed to all people around the world and could be felt by anyone who was ready to open to it.

This energy was felt in some of the small islands above the New Land and one tribe in particular responded to the ‘call’. Many in the tribe were affected by the intense feelings they felt in their heart and they wanted to explore the potentials they were feeling of a New Land. The tribal leader could see the change in his warriors. Interested in power and domination, the leader was curious as to what they were actually feeling as he didn’t himself. He sanctioned an exploration party for those that felt the need to find this mysterious New Land. They were to explore the land and return with their findings.

On landing their canoes on the shores of the New Land, they prepared themselves for potential attack. In their hearts they felt there was no concern, yet old behaviours had them taking a defensive stance with weapons at the ready. It was the first time the New Land had felt the energy of weapons and the potential of battle.

The new visitors hadn’t ventured far inland when they were greeted by several dozen Waitaha. The visitors retained their defensive pose not knowing what they would face. On seeing their fear, the Waitaha elder laid his walking staff on the ground in a peaceful gesture and walked up to the leader with arms extended exposing his heart to them. On feeling his heart energy, the leader was taken aback and after a moment of hesitation, he also laid weapons on the ground. The rest of the visitors followed his example.

For many weeks the Waitaha shared their stories, food and shelter with the visitors who called themselves, Maori. The Maori were amazed at what they witnessed, heard and felt in the village. Such degrees of peace, acceptance and trust had never been a part of their culture. They had always experienced challenges by other tribes from other islands and also taken the role of the invader when it suited their needs. The Maori leaders were also different to the Waitaha elders as they tended to exude an air of dominance rather than the acceptance they felt from the Waitaha.

After several weeks of living with the Waitaha, the Maori leader decided they should return home. He and his men were excited to share their experiences with their own tribe and to bring them the potentials of living in the same peaceful manner as the Waitaha.

The Maori set out on their journey home, all but 6 of them. Those six Maori, by their own choice, stayed behind leaving space in the canoe for 6 Waitaha tribe’s men. It was generally felt that the 6 Waitaha would be a symbol of good faith and assist in bringing a deeper understanding of their way of life to the other Maori leaders.

Several months after the first Maori visitors had left; many Maori canoes arrived on the shores of the New Land. The 100 plus warriors made their way inland… they were guided by the Maori who had led the journey previously. With him was the tribes Leader. The order was to keep weapons in a non-threatening position.

The Waitaha came forward and the elder welcomed his Maori friend. The Maori introduced the Elder to the Maori leader. As both leaders greeted each other, the Maori leader suddenly raised his wooden club and brought it crashing down on the elder’s head killing him instantly. As the leader fell lifelessly to the ground and his blood spilled forth, an instant shift in energy could be felt. It was as if the land shook in reaction to this first act of violence as well as to the ensuing potentials that would surely sweep this New Land. The necklaces of the 6 Waitaha who had journeyed with the Maori to the Maori tribe were thrown onto the body of the dead elder.

The second body to fall from the lethal club was that of the Maori who had guided them to the Waitaha. From those death blows, the Maori warriors shattered the peaceful air with their cries of battle. They attacked the village killing everyone regardless of age or gender.

The Maori leader who led the attack had been fascinated by the stories of the Waitaha that the Maori travellers brought back with them. The Maori travellers had hoped to convince their leader that they could create the same peaceful lifestyle on their Island. The Maori leader only saw the potential of easy domination of a plentiful new land. The 6 Waitaha visitors were put to death silently and the plan to conquer the Waitaha tribes kept quiet from the Maori who would innocently guide his tribe to the Waitaha’s village and their annihilation.

Over the following months, the Maori warriors went from village to village killing, raping, pillaging and destroying the Waitaha homes and crops.

After repeated invasions, the Maori leader gradually became more and more frustrated with the ease of the battles as the Waitaha stayed true to their beliefs and refused to fight back. To act with intent to harm others was completely against all their beliefs and they knew if they gave in to the desire to fight, they would be no better than their attackers. They would not throw away all they had created on such a deep spiritual level to ones who were yet to awaken.

While it was the Maori leader’s objective to be the victor, the victory over the peaceful Waitaha wasn’t the grand, energy laden conquest he desired. The absence of intensity in the battles wasn’t ‘feeding’ him or his warriors with the energy ‘hit’ they were used to receiving from battles with their previous enemies.  Many of the Maori were also feeling exasperated with the lack of retaliation and were beginning to fight amongst themselves just to keep their warrior energy flowing.

With the lack of fierceness in the encounters, another energy was emerging on the battle field, an energy they weren’t used to feeling. Some Maori were beginning to feel conflicted within themselves for their actions. They were beginning to feel the Waitaha’s energetic potentials of peace override the Maoris desire for war. They wondered what inner strength it took to stand up to an enemy and not fight back. They wondered what could possibly mean more to them than their own lives. The Maori who were feeling this shift didn’t dare mention it to each other in fear of being reported and killed as traitors.

Meanwhile, not happy with the lethargy he was feeling in his warriors and the frustration he felt in himself, the Maori leader began to devise new tactics. If fear of death and destruction wasn’t going to feed their desire to conquer in the grand way they were used to, they would take more… they would take their souls.

The Maori leader, by way of threatening his own men with cruel deaths if they didn’t perform as expected, psyched his men into yet another battle with the next Waitaha village they came across. In his desire for ultimate power, the leader ordered that they didn’t just kill the villagers and rape men and woman dead or alive; they were now ordered to cut out the hearts of the men and devour them.

Many of the warriors were horrified; especially those who didn’t want to battle anymore. Knowing they would surely be killed if they didn’t do as they were ordered, they mentally separated themselves from their feelings. When they came across the next village the level of butchery exceeded previous attacks raising the energy to a frenzied level creating a manic feeding. Once they started there was no stopping them. They fed on the energy of the slaughter and the flesh with a seemingly unstoppable craving as if they were hypnotized by the sudden burst of power. They danced wildly; looking horrific as they smeared the blood of their victims across their bodies.

This brutal, soul destroying form of attack was taken to several more Waitaha villages. However, even with the sudden rushes of energy and the manipulating mental controls, gradually many of the Maori became less and less caught in it as the energy of the Waitaha and the land again rose and overrode the energy of hatred and fear.

Again the warriors began to feel discontented and deeply conflicted with what they were being forced to do to these peaceful people. And again the Maori leader was frustrated by the diminishing efforts from his men. How could he be in total power over this new Land if his warriors wouldn’t fight with their total craving? He had no understanding of what it was that seemed to haunt his men and drain them of their desire to dominate. Were the Waitaha able to bewitch his men with some form of magic? Did they have Gods more powerful than his?

To add to his frustration, the Waitaha were also becoming more difficult to find as word of the slaughters had travelled far and wide. The villages went into hiding when the Maori were seen in their region.

Again the Maori leader sought another way to stay in total dominance of both the Waitaha and his warriors. He had one last plan. He brought his men together and told them there would be no more killing. While the majority were confused at their leader’s decision, many were relieved. Those who visibly showed relief were mentally noted by their leader. He announced to his warriors that when they came to the next village they would show the sign of friendship and learn the ways of Waitaha.

Wary at first, the Waitaha elder of the next tribe they encountered did agree to speak to the Maori leader. The leaders and their delegates sat together in communication for several weeks.  The rest of the Maori spent time with the Waitaha families and learnt about their beliefs, their ways of farming and fishing and how they made their tools and ceremonial items from the unique green stone which was highly sought after as a trading item amongst the many tribes. The Maori were amazed by the gentleness of these people who seemed to have magical ways to make their crops grow and be in such balanced commune with the land, water and sky. Many of the Maori embraced the heart energy they were opening up to.

After weeks passed, the Maori leader had gained a great amount of information from the Waitaha elders. He had spent the time meticulously listening to and understanding their beliefs and their ways; understanding what made them who they were. Many of their ways impressed the Maori leader and he could see how they would benefit his people. The one aspect of the Waitaha that he couldn’t understand was their spiritual beliefs. Even tho he was a highly intelligent man, the gentle, loving way of the Waitaha made no sense to him… especially when he knew he would soon destroy them all. To him the only true way of life was the one that won the battles and claimed the lands.

Finally, after spending several months in the village, the Maori Leader grew tired of the pretence. One night when all were sleeping, he rallied his men and all Waitaha were butchered where they lay.

But rather than destroy the village, the Maori leader chose to claim it as his own.  He felt very powerful, he almost shon in his victory. Not only had he destroyed the Waitaha people and taken their souls, but now, in claiming their way of life, he had also stolen their identity. He planned to lure other tribes into believing they were now Waitaha and gradually infiltrate and destroy them one by one while taking over their villages and way of life.

He had no idea of the future consequences of his actions; he was only interested in claiming all the energies for himself that he could. In a sense, he didn’t just claim them, he locked them into so many layers of deceit and control that eventually the energies became distorted as to which culture was which.  In a sense, from stealing the Waitaha’s identity and locking that energy in, the Maori lost their own.  He also didn’t care that amongst his men there was a deep regret for what they had done. He only cared that they would do what he told them for fear of their own lives, after all, they weren’t really Waitaha.

Over time and through many more battles, several of the Maori warriors that had opened their hearts to the Waitaha, let as many escape from their death sentence as they possibly could even tho they feared being exposed as traitors. Some Waitaha were told to lie still until the Maori left, while others that were hiding were purposely overlooked. Many of the Maori who assisted the Waitaha to escape the massacre found it too difficult to continue living with the conflict they felt so deep within and eventually they also escaped their leader and went into hiding with the Waitaha. It was very difficult for them to leave their families and their culture, but it was more difficult to continue living in the old ways since they had allowed their hearts to open to a new consciousness and life style. There was no going back.

Over the centuries to follow, more and more Maori tribes came to the New Land. The Maori tribes that inhabited the New Land in the following years didn’t have a chance to experience the pure Waitaha energy; instead they felt a blending of their beliefs with those of the Waitaha.

The Waitaha and the Maori defectors that survived stayed well hidden and the stories of their existence over time became more of a fable than a reality. The Waitaha had learnt to stay hidden by shifting their consciousness and their energy vibration just enough so that those who lived with a lower vibration couldn’t see them or their villages even when they walked through them.  They had become invisible to all who had closed hearts.

Even tho they remained hidden and their stories blended with the Maori stories, the Waitaha consciousness of the open heart was often felt by Maori people. Some Maori, in particular the children and the elderly, not only felt the Waitaha presence, but at times they also saw them. They were often thought of as fairy folk or spirit friends as they had an aura around them that seemed to shine and shimmer.  There was no connection that they were the Waitaha people as they had supposedly been wiped out many years earlier… or never existed at all.

Often, usually in the evening, the Waitaha children would come into the Maori village and invite the Maori children to come and play with them. The Maori children never felt any fear as their spirit friends only emanated feelings of love and joy. At times they played in the ‘invisible’ Waitaha village where the atmosphere was always happy and loving, even when it came to doing the chores.

After their visits, the Maori children would then take their stories of their ‘shining’ friends back to their families. As with many stories children tell, they were seen by the adults simply as a child’s imagination, but in truth each story carried the potential of harmony for their own tribe, just like a precious gift that would be opened when the time was appropriate.

Today, very few Waitaha are visible to all humanity. Some have stepped out of their invisibility to openly share with awakening souls, but most are content to shine in their own space. There are some people who feel that they are Waitaha, yet most who do, are Maori descendants who are caught in the illusion from having their identity mixed with the Waitaha ways all those centuries ago.

There are very few Maori who truly know who they are in today’s changing culture. It’s time now for all people to know who they are. It’s time to release the controls and old ceremonies that lock you in to the past and embrace and honour the original energies of this gentle land. It’s within those mirror energies that one can truly recognise self and return to the heart vibration that is uniquely theirs.

Energies of old are being released in all spaces within New Zealand at present. Last night I was shown another vision, one more of the present. It was of the Queen of England. I was sitting with her in a state of total compassion. She was lying on her bed. Her energy was leaving her. She was very tired and looked small… withered. I feel this was another sign that it was time to release all old forms of control on this land regardless of where they came from and for what reason.

Today, I sit here in Zealandia amongst the beautiful open heart energies of Lemuria listening to the Waitaha and the Maori collectives as we again write together. It seems an appropriate place to conclude this channelled story of understanding, acceptance and expansion.

As I write I have a small Paradise duckling swimming circles in front of me… its family are quite a distance away, but it doesn’t bother him. We share this space with a beautiful dragonfly skipping around us as many species of birds fly above us blending the energies.  The sun is dancing on the water and the energies of expansion are very obvious in these surrounds so exquisitely green.

I feel honoured to have shared this channel with such loving spirits and now, with you and all who are drawn to the energy in this information. I understand the emotional challenges that this may create, but I also know the sense of freedom you can feel in your heart when you choose to release the old patterns, behaviours, fears and controls… the freedom you feel when you’re brave enough, or tired enough, to finally seek and embrace the truth of who you are and find your own call of the heart.

And so it is
